Product Description

Brine Injector is a kind of equipment used for meat products processing, its main function is to inject brine, soya protein, starch, fat and other auxiliary materials evenly into the meat. Through this process the structural organisation of the meat is loosened and the meat is tenderised and fluffy, thus improving the taste and yield of the meat products.
The working principle of brine injection machine is mainly to inject the dissolved brine solution into the injection head through the pressure tank, and then the marinade will be injected into the meat products through the injection needle. The injection needle has various specifications, such as 2MM, 3MM, 4MM, etc., to meet the needs of different injected products. During the injection process, the stepping speed, stepping distance, meat pressure plate clearance and injection pressure can be adjusted according to different process requirements to ensure that the marinade liquid can be injected into the meat quantitatively, uniformly and continuously, so as to achieve the most ideal injection effect.
In addition, the brine injection machine is rigorously designed, reasonably structured and made of high quality 304 stainless steel to ensure the hygiene and durability of the equipment. Meanwhile, the operation is simple and the transmission chain plate is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.
