A Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine (VFFS) is an automated packaging equipment that automatically produces packaging bags from roll film, completing quantitative filling and sealing. The equipment integrates bag making, metering, filling, sealing, cutting, and coding, and is suitable for small or medium-sized bags of various materials such as granules, powders, liquids, and pastes.
It is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and daily chemical industries and is one of the important pieces of equipment for achieving automated packaging.
During operation, the packaging film enters the forming unit through the unwinding system to form a tubular bag, which is then longitudinally sealed. The metering system quantitatively fills the bag with material, and the horizontal sealing device completes the sealing and cutting, ultimately forming an individual packaging bag.
