Product Description

The hydraulic cylinder-lift blanching machine is primarily used for blanching, blanching to stop cooking, and pre-cooking of vegetables, seafood, and meats, while also accommodating continuous pasteurization/cooling processes. Its main functions are color retention and sterilization. The internal water is heated via electric heating or steam heating, with steam heating being the predominant method due to its cost-effectiveness over extended use. The blanching machine operates mechanically without manual intervention. Materials are fed into the machine via mesh belts/conveyor belts or manually. Internal equipment is controlled by variable frequency drives, allowing blanching time to be customized according to specific product requirements. Typically, finished products proceed to a high-flow air dryer to remove residual surface moisture. This prevents interference with subsequent processes, reduces manual waiting time, and enhances operational efficiency. Hourly production capacity ranges from 150 to 1200 kg/h.
