The marinade machine is to use the principle of physical impact, so that the meat in the drum up and down, mutual impact, wrestling, to achieve the role of massage, marinade. Hydraulic tumbler working principle:Hydraulic tumbler adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation speed range 3-12rpm (you can choose 1-4rpm low speed function). Smooth startup reduces the impact when starting the machine and prolongs the service life of the equipment. Special configuration of auxiliary materials vacuum suction tube. Adopting (optional) PLC and touch screen control, the total working time can be divided into six process cycles at most, each process cycle is divided into two steps, and the time, speed, vacuum status and steering can be set separately for each step. Meet the processing requirements of diversified products. High standard sanitary design. The whole machine is made of SUS304 high quality stainless steel, the inside of the tumbling drum is finely polished, no hygienic dead corner, and the unloading position can drain the water thoroughly. Optional "V type" and "single blade" paddles, different tumbling strength, adapt to different products.
