Product Description

The sterilization autoclave, also known as a sterilization pot or sterilizer, consists of a pot body, pot lid, opening mechanism, locking wedges, safety interlock device track, sterilization baskets, steam nozzles, and several ports. The pot lid employs an inflatable silicone rubber high-temperature resistant seal ring for reliable sealing and extended service life. Processing capacity ranges from 100 to 3000 kg per hour.

Suitable for various heat-resistant packaging materials, such as PE bottles, tinplate cans, pressurized packaging, glass jars, flexible packaging, and foil pouches.

2. Fully Automatic Double-Layer Water Bath Sterilization Retort
Suitable for flexible packaging (large-format packaging), such as plastic bottles/cups/bowls, excluding pressurized packaging and other heat-resistant containers.
