It achieves fully automated operation from bag loading, material feeding, vacuuming, to heat sealing and cooling. Specifically engineered for various solid, semi-solid, and liquid products using pre-made pouches, it excels at handling complex materials such as blocky, bone-containing, or liquid-filled items that pose challenges for vertical packaging machines.
Core mechanical components—including the robotic bag-picking arm, bag-opening mechanism, and vacuum sealing chamber—are manufactured using high-precision machining centers. Combined with sophisticated cam and servo control systems, they ensure smooth, reliable operation and precise positioning. The vacuum system employs high-efficiency pumps for rapid evacuation, quickly establishing high vacuum levels to guarantee packaging integrity. All primary contact surfaces are constructed from 304 stainless steel, designed to meet sanitary standards for thorough cleaning and maintenance.
