The entire unit is constructed from 304 food-grade stainless steel, featuring a compact, corrosion-resistant, and durable structure. It offers broad applicability: effectively removing soil and root hairs from root vegetables like potatoes, carrots, and yams; gently cleaning fibrous fruits and vegetables such as corn and kiwifruit; and processing residual hair and blood stains from animal by-products like pig trotters and chicken gizzards, and other poultry by-products. It also provides preliminary drainage after washing. Its core principle involves matching soft or hard brush rollers to ingredient hardness.
