Product Description
The equipment consists of milk unloading tank, filter, pretreatment tank, homogenizer, fermentation tank, cold storage tank, milk pump, adsorption box, semi-automatic pipeline connecting machine, pipeline equipment line, shrink wrapping machine and so on.
Adopting box-type structure, each system is installed through circulating milk pump and stainless steel pipeline, equipped with CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning ball, which is easy to operate, with low labor intensity, thorough and easy cleaning.
The pretreatment system, sterilization system, refrigeration system and packaging system can be started independently without manual intervention, which improves the continuous production capacity and makes the use of the equipment more convenient.
The equipment has fast production speed and standardized processing technology, achieving a perfect balance between performance and cost.
It is suitable for small and medium-sized farms, processing centers, university cafeterias, central kitchens and dairy production facilities in similar environments.
