Product Description

The core of the production line involves continuous processing of potato raw materials: first completing washing, peeling, and cutting (into strips/chunks/wedges), followed by blanching and dehydration treatment. Finally, through fluidized rapid freezing to lock in freshness, it produces qualified frozen French fries, potato chunks, and potato wedges, achieving automated, large-scale production. With an hourly output capacity ranging from 150kg to 5000kg, this line ensures consistent product texture and shelf life while meeting supply demands for both food service and household consumption.

Cleaning and peeling machine

Using food-grade conveying materials (such as 304 stainless steel), and controlling the conveying speed through frequency conversion, the potatoes are automatically transported from the raw material area to the cleaning and peeling feed port without manual handling.

The equipment is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel. Potatoes are transported via an elevator into the peeling machine, where they are peeled by rollers.

The machine features a Siemens motor, a blade made of high-speed stainless steel, a turntable constructed of high-quality aluminum-magnesium alloy, and 304 stainless steel for continuous cutting.

By utilizing both thermal oil and electric heating, the water temperature is controlled, inhibiting the activity of enzymes in the potato strips. This maintains the strips' original vibrant color, enhances the softness of the cells, and facilitates water evaporation.

Rapid cooling interrupts the heat effect and prevents the material from softening and darkening.

The fryer utilizes a pure oil frying process and is equipped with a dynamic filtration system and a circulation device for automatic filtering and deslagging during frying, ensuring oil quality. It also features an automatic lift function for easy cleaning and sanitation. Dual mesh belts convey the fries to prevent them from floating and uneven frying due to light weight. The upper and lower mesh belts feature variable frequency speed control, and the oil temperature is adjustable from room temperature to 300°C.

Air-cooled cooling machine

The high-frequency vibrations of the vibrating motor thoroughly remove the oil from the surface of the potato strips, and the material moves forward into the air drying line under the vibration.

This air-cooled cooling machine is constructed entirely of high-quality 304 stainless steel. Fried fries are transported via a mesh belt. The fan rapidly lowers the frying temperature, facilitating subsequent entry into the quick-freeze machine. An oil collection tray is installed at the bottom of the air drying line.

Using the vibrating screening principle, the fries conveyed by the elevator are evenly spread on the output mesh belt to prevent material accumulation and compression.

The system uses a two-stage screw unit with four 150p Taiwan Hanbell refrigeration compressors, ensuring fast freezing. The fluidized bed freezer prevents fries from sticking.
