Product Description

Designed for aseptic heat treatment systems for liquid beverages and food products, this unit allows for highly accurate product/water temperature control. The product is conveyed from the balance tank to the heat exchanger. In the heating section, the product is exchanged with the sterilized hot material to raise the temperature of the cold material to a preset value, and then the steam-heated water is heated directly to 120°C. Afterwards, the material is held in a holding tank (for clarity, this can be translated as "holding tank" or "retention tank"; this is retained to be consistent with the original context).
