Product Description

Its dual-motor design features one motor controlling the food-grade PU mesh belt (or chain conveyor belt) for uniform speed operation, simulating the rhythm of manual batch cooking. This ensures every section of ingredients is fully immersed and evenly exposed to hot water. After blanching, ingredients exhibit vibrant color, crisp texture, and tender bite without becoming mushy. The other motor controls the water circulation system and steam temperature control module. Through continuous steam temperature supplementation and water circulation, it maintains stable water temperature within the blanching tank, preventing uneven blanching caused by localized temperature differences.
