Product Description

Box-type hot air dryer, also known as a hot air circulation oven, is a classic batch-type drying equipment, particularly suitable for small-batch, multi-variety drying operations.Each batch can produce 150–480 kg.

In a box-type hot air dryer, materials are placed on trays, which are then loaded into a sealed chamber for drying. The equipment generates hot air through electric heating or steam heating methods. A circulation fan drives the hot air to circulate uniformly and forcibly within the chamber, enabling thorough convective heat exchange between the materials and the hot medium, ultimately achieving the goal of dehydration and drying. The air circulation system in hot air circulation ovens employs a fan-driven air delivery method, ensuring uniform air distribution. The air source is generated by a circulation blower motor (using a contactless switch) driving the fan wheel through the heater to deliver hot air. This air then flows through ducts into the oven chamber. After use, the air is drawn back into the ducts to be recirculated and reheated. This ensures uniform internal temperature distribution. When temperature fluctuations occur due to door operations, the air circulation system rapidly restores operation until the set temperature is reached. The core of this process combines static batch processing with forced hot air circulation. Its typical workflow comprises two key stages: preheating and constant-rate drying, followed by reduced-rate drying and completion.
