Product Description

This fully automatic deep-fried French fry/potato chip production line is a large-scale, automated, integrated solution designed specifically for snack food companies. It integrates the entire process, including cleaning, peeling, cutting, blanching, frying, seasoning, and packaging. Its modular design supports customization and flexible expansion. The equipment is constructed of food-grade stainless steel and complies with international hygiene standards. Equipped with an intelligent control system, it achieves efficient, stable, and low-loss continuous production. It meets the diverse production capacity requirements of small and medium-sized startups to large food companies (capacity can be customized from 50kg/h to 500kg/h). It serves a wide range of applications, including frozen food factories, snack brands, and supermarket private-label OEMs. It also supports process adjustments tailored to specific ingredients (such as purple sweet potatoes and Chinese yams) to meet diverse product development needs.

Automatically receives raw materials (potatoes/sweet potatoes) and delivers them to the next stage through an inclined conveyor structure, avoiding damage caused by manual handling.

Combining high-pressure spraying (water pressure 0.3-0.5MPa) with wear-resistant nylon roller friction, the surface sand of the raw material is cleaned and the skin is removed simultaneously, with a peeling rate of ≥98% without damaging the raw pulp.

Workers can quickly remove raw materials that are not peeled cleanly, have insect holes or are moldy, providing a high-quality raw material base for subsequent processing

Receive the sorted raw materials and transport them to the slicing/striping machine feed port at a constant speed to avoid machine jams caused by raw material accumulation

Switchable slicer/strip cutter, supports 0.3-2mm chip thickness and 3-10mm chip width adjustment. The blade is made of food-grade high-speed steel, which is sharp and lasting, and the cut surface is smooth without debris.

The bottom bubble generator generates dense bubbles to drive the raw materials to roll, effectively removing the starch residue on the surface of the raw materials after molding, and avoiding adhesion in subsequent processing or oil splashing during frying.

Steam heating (or electric heating) is used, the water temperature is controlled at 80-95℃, and the blanching time is adjustable from 10 to 30 seconds. This deactivates the polyphenol oxidase in the raw materials, prevents the finished product from browning, and maintains the crisp and tender taste of the raw materials.

Multiple sets of high-pressure fans deliver air at an angle, and cooperate with chains to drive the raw materials to turn over, removing moisture from the surface of the raw materials after blanching 360°, avoiding "water frying" when entering the fryer, which will increase oil consumption and deteriorate the taste.

The oil is conveyed using a double-layer mesh belt (the upper layer prevents floating, and the lower layer prevents sinking). The oil temperature is controlled at 160-190°C, and the frying time is adjustable from 30 to 90 seconds. It is equipped with an automatic scraping device to remove residue in the oil in real time, extending the service life of the cooking oil. The frying area is enclosed to reduce oil smoke overflow.

High-frequency vibration (adjustable vibration frequency) removes excess grease from the surface of the finished product after frying, reducing the oil content of the finished product (controllable at 15-25%), which is in line with the trend of healthy food consumption.

The tilted drum rotates slowly (speed 5-15r/min), and cooperates with the top powder/oil spraying device to evenly coat salt, chili powder, cheese powder and other seasonings. The seasoning uniformity is ≥95%, and there is no problem of being too salty or too bland in some areas.

It can be connected to pillow packaging machines or vertical packaging machines, supporting automatic metering (10g-500g/bag), sealing, and date printing. The packaging speed matches the production line capacity to avoid finished product accumulation while ensuring the sealing of the packaging and extending the shelf life.
