Product Description

The Continuous Fryer is an automated CNC conveyor belt feeding system designed for continuous frying operations, achieving hourly capacities of 300-1000 kilograms. It specializes in large-scale, standardized frying processing while enabling automatic temperature and oil control, replacing inefficient manual batch frying methods. The frying tank, conveyor belt, and protective panels in contact with food are constructed from 304 food-grade stainless steel. A dual-motor design features one motor controlling the heating system (electric heating tubes/gas heating tubes), distributing heat evenly across the tank bottom or circulating it through the sides. This simulates the effect of manual, continuous flipping during frying, preventing localized burning. The result is food that is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with uniform coloration—free from undercooked or overcooked areas. The other motor controls the digital control system and food-grade PU non-stick conveyor belt. The belt transports ingredients at a constant speed, ensuring each piece receives consistent frying time within the fryer.
