This frozen breading and deep-frying production line is an automated production solution specially designed for frozen prepared foods, semi-finished fast food products, pre-prepared meals and other fields. It consists of a thawing machine, a blanching machine, a battering machine, a breading machine/breading machine, a frying line, a vibrating oil-draining cooler, a fluidized bed quick freezer and a packaging machine. It can realize unmanned operation of the entire process from raw material pretreatment to finished product frozen packaging. It is widely applicable to the production of various foods that need to be breaded and deep-fried, such as chicken nuggets, chicken legs, fish and shrimp steaks, vegetable cakes, onion rings, etc., and is suitable for the production needs of different scales of food processing plants, pre-prepared meal companies, fast food chain central kitchens, etc.

The thawing machine uses low-temperature water circulation or microwave heating technology to achieve uniform thawing of raw materials (such as frozen chicken breast and frozen fish blocks), avoiding the outer layer of the raw materials from deteriorating while the inner layer remains unmelted;

The blanching machine can precisely control the water temperature (80-100°C) and processing time to shape the raw materials, remove fishy smells, and inactivate enzymes, while retaining the nutrition and taste of the ingredients, laying the foundation for the subsequent coating process.

The battering machine adopts spraying or dipping method to ensure that the surface of the raw material is evenly coated with batter and improve the adhesion of the coating.

The breadcrumb coating machine can automatically convey and evenly coat powder (breadcrumbs, starch, flour, etc.). The coating thickness can be adjusted according to customer needs (0.5-3mm) to meet different taste requirements (such as coarse breadcrumbs for crispy food and fine flour for tender food).

The frying line uses electric or gas heating and is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system (temperature control accuracy ±1°C). The frying time (1-10 minutes) can be set according to the characteristics of the ingredients to avoid burnt or undercooked ingredients.

The vibration oil draining cooler removes excess oil from the surface of the finished product through high-frequency vibration (oil drainage rate reaches 15%-25%), and quickly cools it to room temperature to prevent the finished product from softening and extend the shelf life.

The quick-freezing machine uses low-temperature quick-freezing technology at -35°C to -45°C to achieve rapid freezing of finished products (freezing time 20-60 minutes), preserving the food's cell structure and freshness to the greatest extent possible and preventing ice crystals from damaging the taste;
