The sandwich pot has the features of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, even heating, short boiling time of liquid material, easy control of heating temperature, beautiful appearance, easy installation and convenient operation.
Material: The whole pot is made of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant SUS304 stainless steel, with beautiful pot body, large pot diameter and shallow pot body, which is easy to operate and clean.
According to the heating method, it can be divided into four kinds: electromagnetic jacketed pot, electrically heated jacketed pot, gas jacketed pot, steam jacketed pot.
According to the way of discharging can be divided into: hand-cranked tilting type jacketed pot, vertical jacketed pot, automatic jacketed pot.

Large heating area: the spherical pot design increases the heat transfer area, shortens the boiling time of materials and improves the processing efficiency.
High thermal efficiency: compared with the traditional steam or gas heating, electric heating method, heat energy utilisation rate is increased by more than 30%, and there is no exhaust emission, in line with environmental requirements.
2. Precise temperature control, strong process adaptability 
microcomputer control system: support for timing, fixed temperature operation, temperature error ≤ ± 1 ℃, support for 0-300 ℃ wide-area adjustment to adapt to the processing needs of different materials (eg, 120 ℃ sugar, simmering jam 105 ℃) 
built-in frequency converter: stirring speed adjustable to meet the processing needs of high-viscosity materials or low-viscosity liquids.

Multiple safety protection: equipped with pressure gauge, safety valve and leakage protection device to ensure the safe operation of the equipment under rated pressure (≤ 0.09Mpa).

tilting structure reduces manual handling, discharging cleanly and thoroughly; hydraulic/manual tilting device can be adjusted from 0-90° angle, which greatly reduces the intensity of manual handling and improves the discharging efficiency by more than 30%.
