Product Description

Shear head standard German claw structure (according to the material optional other shear head), two-way suction structure, to avoid the upper layer of material inhalation difficulties caused by the dead space and eddy current phenomenon. High-speed rotor and stator produce strong shear force, so that the shear rate is higher and stronger. Under the action of centrifugal force generated by the rotor and stator, the material is thrown radially into the narrow gap between the rotor and stator, while compressed by the centrifugal force, impact and other forces, so that the material is fully dispersed, mixed and emulsified.
