Product Description

The double-head filling machine is a liquid/semi-fluid material dispensing equipment designed for food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and industrial fields, suitable for automated filling of many materials such as soy sauce, vinegar, beverages, lubricating oil, cosmetics, sauces (such as chilli sauce, peanut butter) and so on. Its core functions and structural features are as follows:

Covering a wide range of industries such as food (seasoning, edible oil), medicine (oral liquid, disinfectant solution), daily chemicals (lotion, skin care products), industry (lubricating oil, chemical liquids) and so on.
It supports different viscosity materials, including sauces containing particles (such as hot pot base), high-foaming liquids and corrosive fluids.

Dual-head synchronous filling: two independent filling heads can work at the same time, which greatly improves the production efficiency (filling speed up to 20-60 bottles/minute, some models up to 360 bags/hour).
Precise control: PLC control system, high-precision flow meter or piston dosing technology, filling accuracy ≤ ±1%, support quality/volume dual mode switching.
Anti-drip design: Equipped with vacuum suction device and anti-drawing filling stuffer to ensure clean bottle mouth and equipment.
Intelligent operation: touch screen man-machine interface, automatic liquid level control, no bottle no filling function, compatible with automated assembly line integration.
