This assembly line is a combination of automated processing equipment designed specifically for packaged snack foods (such as bagged potato chips, nuts, dried meat, dried tofu, puffed foods, fruit and vegetable chips, etc.) in bags. Leveraging the efficient coordination of all equipment and flexible capacity configuration, it can achieve a customized output of 500-3000kg/h. The entire process, from bag breaking and flotation to drying, is seamlessly automated, eliminating material retention and loss. This line can meet the daily production capacity needs of small and medium-sized enterprises while also supporting the large-scale order production of large export companies. A single line can accommodate the continuous processing of multiple categories of bagged foods, achieving an output stability of over 98%, helping companies efficiently respond to large-volume orders from both domestic and international markets.

Product Description

1. Ensure food safety and shelf life: Through the coordinated operation of multiple devices, residual moisture and impurities on the surface of sterilized packaging bags are first removed. Precision drying then controls the moisture content of the food (adjustable to 3%-15% based on the needs of different product categories), inhibiting microbial growth and extending the shelf life of packaged snack foods by 30%-50%, meeting international food hygiene standards.

2. Improve product quality consistency: Automated equipment eliminates the risk of contamination from human contact. Uniform air drying and precise temperature control ensure consistent taste (such as crispness and chewiness) and color across each bag of food, minimizing quality variations caused by manual handling and enhancing product competitiveness.

3. Reduce production costs and labor reliance: The entire production line is fully automated, with only one or two people required to monitor equipment and adjust parameters. Compared to traditional manual processing, this reduces labor costs by over 60% and minimizes raw material loss due to human error (the loss rate can be controlled to less than 1%).

Broken Bag Flotation Machine

Using the water buoyancy sorting principle, it automatically identifies and separates damaged packaging bags during processing (damaged bags sink due to water intrusion, while intact bags float), preventing damaged food from mixing into finished products and ensuring the purity of finished products. The sorting accuracy rate exceeds 99.5%.

Cleaning machine

Equipped with a high-pressure spray system and a food-grade 304 stainless steel cleaning tank, it uses circulating filtered water to fully clean the surface of the packaging bag, removing residual oil, drug stains, and impurities after sterilization. The cleaning water pressure is adjustable (0.2-0.5MPa) and is suitable for packaging bags of different materials (such as PE and PET composite bags).

Tumble dryer

The multi-angle strong air jet and automatic bag flipping design enable 360° air drying of the bags without dead angles, quickly drying any residual moisture on the surface (drying time can be controlled within 1-3 minutes). After air drying, the surface moisture content of the bags is less than 5%, avoiding the "dry outside, wet inside" problem in the subsequent drying process.

Vibrator

Through uniform vibration, the packaging bags are flatly distributed on the dryer conveyor belt to avoid uneven drying caused by stacking of packaging bags. The fabric uniformity reaches more than 90%, laying the foundation for subsequent precise drying.

Dryer

It uses hot air circulation heating and is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system (temperature control range 30-80℃, accuracy ±1℃). The drying time can be set according to different food categories (adjustable from 5-20 minutes) to achieve precise moisture control. It is also equipped with a waste heat recovery device, reducing energy consumption by 20% compared to traditional dryers.
