Vacuum Freeze Dryer is an advanced method of dewatering materials. It freezes watery materials at low temperatures and causes the water inside to sublimate directly under vacuum conditions. The sublimated vapors are then collected by means of condensation, thus dehydrating and drying the material. The physical, chemical and biological state of the material remains essentially unchanged during vacuum freeze drying. The volatile and nutrient content of the material, which tends to denature under warm conditions, is lost a little When the material is freeze-dried, it will form a porous material with essentially the same volume as before drying. Therefore, if watered again, the processed material can be recovered quickly because of its large contact area and can be stored for long periods of time in airtight containers
