This production line is designed specifically for the processing of fruit and vegetable chips, integrating cleaning, pretreatment, forming, color protection, drying, puffing, and packaging to achieve fully automated production from raw materials to finished product. The modular design integrates the entire process from loading, cleaning, pretreatment, processing, drying, puffing, to packaging. This enables automated and standardized production from fresh fruit and vegetable raw materials to finished chips. It flexibly adapts to different fruit and vegetable ingredients (such as apples, bananas, carrots, okra, etc.) and process requirements, helping companies efficiently produce high-value-added healthy snacks.
Product Description

1. Improve production efficiency and achieve scalable implementation: The entire process is fully automated, eliminating frequent manual intervention from raw material loading to finished product packaging. A single production line can achieve a daily output of 500kg-5,000kg (customizable), significantly shortening production cycles and addressing the low efficiency and limited production capacity of traditional manual/semi-manual processing.
2. Ensure product quality consistency: Through precise control of equipment parameters (such as blanching temperature ±1°C, drying humidity ±5%, and stable puffing pressure control), each batch of crisps is guaranteed to have consistent texture (crispness), color (no browning), and nutritional value (retention of vitamins and dietary fiber), eliminating quality fluctuations caused by manual operation. 3. Guaranteed product quality and reduced raw material loss: Through standardized processing procedures (such as precise temperature-controlled blanching, uniform drying, and vacuum puffing), we eliminate raw material waste caused by manual handling (reducing the loss rate to less than 5%), while ensuring consistency in taste (crisp and without a hard core), color (preserving the original color of the fruits and vegetables), and nutritional value (minimizing vitamin loss) across each batch of chips.
4. Wide adaptability to raw materials: We can process nearly 30 types of fresh fruits and vegetables, including apples, bananas, pineapples, kiwis, carrots, sweet potatoes, purple sweet potatoes, potatoes, onions, and okra. Whether juicy, root vegetables, or leafy, we can precisely process them through adjustable equipment parameters.

Automatically convey fresh fruit and vegetable raw materials, and adjust the feeding speed according to the subsequent equipment production capacity to avoid raw material accumulation or supply interruption, and ensure process continuity;
It uses a dual cleaning process of "high-pressure bubbles + spray flushing" to effectively remove sediment, pesticide residues and impurities on the surface of raw materials. At the same time, the soft brush design prevents damage to the surface of fruits and vegetables.
For fruits and vegetables with skins or cores (such as apples, mangoes, and peaches), the system automatically peels, cores, and seeds them, achieving a peeling rate of over 95%, reducing manual processing time.

The slice thickness can be customized (0.5mm-5mm), and it supports various forms such as slices, strips, blocks, etc., which can adapt to the appearance requirements of different crisp products. The slice uniformity error is ≤0.2mm
Through precise temperature control (80℃-100℃) and short-term blanching, the oxidase activity in fruits and vegetables is destroyed, preventing the finished products from browning, while retaining the original color and water-soluble vitamins of fruits and vegetables;
Quickly remove moisture from the surface of raw materials after blanching, reduce energy consumption in subsequent drying steps, and improve drying efficiency;

The hot air circulation + flip conveying design is used to further drain the moisture from the surface of the raw materials, prevent the raw materials from sticking together, and prepare for subsequent drying;
Low-temperature hot air circulation drying (40-60°C) slowly removes moisture from the raw materials to a moisture content of 10%-15%, preventing high temperatures from destroying nutrients and laying the foundation for the expansion process.
Core processing equipment uses a "vacuum environment + pressure differential change" to quickly vaporize the moisture inside the raw materials, forming a loose and porous structure. The final product is crispy and delicious, and can retain the nutrients and flavors of fruits and vegetables (such as dietary fiber and minerals) to the greatest extent.

Normal temperature/low temperature cold air conveying, quickly cools the puffed chips to room temperature (20-25℃) to avoid chip breakage during conveying, and the cooling time is adjustable (3-10min)
360° rotating drum evenly coats the chips with flour/sauce, ensuring a full blend of flavors and crisps. Automatic seasoning dosage (adjustable from 0.5% to 5%) allows for quick switching between multiple flavors.
It is suitable for various packaging forms (such as nitrogen-filled pouches, cans, and boxes), and automatically completes operations such as metering, sealing, and date printing. The packaging speed matches the production line capacity. At the same time, nitrogen-filled packaging can effectively extend the shelf life of crisps (up to 6-12 months at room temperature) and prevent the finished product from getting damp and softening.
